咪唑斯汀治疗慢性荨麻疹217例临床观察

The Clinic Observation of 217 Patients with Chronic Urticaria Treated With Mizolastine

目的 观察咪唑斯汀治疗慢性荨麻疹的疗效及安全性。方法 对 2 17例慢性荨麻疹患者口服咪唑斯汀2周进行临床观察。结果 咪唑斯汀治疗 2 17例慢性荨麻疹的有效率在第 7天和第 14天分别为 5 5 .3 %和 94.5 % ,治疗过程中不良反应仅为 5 .5 % ,且症状轻。结论 咪唑斯汀治疗慢性荨麻疹安全方便、疗效确实。

Objective To observe the efficacy and safety of mizolastine on treating chronic urticaria.Methods 217 cases of chronic urticaria were treated with mizolastine for 2 weeks.Results The total effective rates of the patients with chronic urticaria treated with mizolastine for 7 days and 14 days were 55.3% and 94.5%,respectively.The side-effects were mild (5.5%).Conclusion The result suggested that it had good efficacy and safety to treat chronic urticaria with mizolastine.
