膀胱癌的Ag-NORs计数与其分级及DNA含量关系的研究

摘要 用流式细胞仪(FCM)对37例膀胱癌标本进行DNA的定量测定和核仁组织形成区嗜银蛋白(Ag-NORs)研究。结果显示,二倍体肿瘤的Ag-NORs计数为2.8±0.54,明显低于异倍体肿瘤Ag-NORs的4.2±1.85(P<0.01)。分化Ⅰ级。Ⅱ级、Ⅲ级膀胱癌的Ag-NORs分别为1.9±0.37、2.7±0.62和5.7±1.73,三者间有非常显著性差异(P<0.01)。因此,Ag-NORs可作为膀胱癌定量诊断的新指标应用于肿瘤研究。 Quantitative determination of DNA contains with flow cell meter (FCM) and argyrophilic protein in nucleolar orgnizer region (Ag-NORs) in 37 specimens of carcinoma of urinary bladder had been studie(?). The results showed that Ag-NORs means of diploid tumor was 2.84±0.54 and evidently lower than that of 4.24±1.85 of heteroploid tumor (P<0.01). Ag-NORs means of carcinoma of urinary bladder of Ⅰ, Ⅱ, Ⅲ grade seperately was 1.9±0.37, 2.7±0.62 and 5.7±1.73, there were significant differences among their means (P<0.01). Therefore Ag-NORs means can be considered a new index as quantitative diagnosis of carcinoma of urinary bladder and application for neoplastic research.
