摘要
本文报道了胸部损伤1 152例。重点介绍:①多根肋骨骨折提倡用弹性胸带固定;②血气胸尽早作胸腔闭式引流;③主支气管完全离断的诊断、麻醉及手术方法的体会;④对损伤性膈疝提出X线检查方面的看法,并强调早期诊断、及时手术和恰当处理合并损伤的重要性;⑤心脏损伤应及时确诊,采取复苏措施和紧急手术。
From January 1966 to January 1988, 1152 patients with thoracic trauma were admitted to the hospital. According to clinical experience the authors points out: 1. In patients with multiple rib fractures, immobilization of the chest wall with elastic chest bandage should be done; 2. In case of hemopneumothorax closed dranage of thoracic cavity should be done at once; 3. Complete traumatic rupture of bronchus: diagnosis, anaesthetia and operative method were discussed; 4. Traumatic diaphragmatocele: this treatise putting forward a fresh view on X-ray examination, and emphasizing the importance of early diagnosis, time-operation and proper management of the complicated lesion; 5. Cardiac trauma: early diagnosis, measure of resuscitation and immediate emergency operation on patients with cardiac traumas.
