摘要
本文研究了750kHz的射频能量对5只犬右房、冠状窦及对7只兔的乌头碱室速模型的消融作用。结果表明,射频在心脏组织可造成均匀一致的凝固性坏死灶;冠状实内多数病灶波及左房和左室;射频消融能使室速持续时间明显缩短。本文还用直流电消融了心室肌,但直流电可致多种严重的并发症。我们认为射频可安全有效地用于治疗顽固的心律失常。
We assessed the effects of radiofrequenc (RF) energy (750 kHz) on catheter ablation of the right atrium, coronary sinus in 5 dogs and left ventricle with ventricular tachycardia induced by aconitine in 7 rabbits. Pathology showed woll-delineated ovoid or round-shaped coagulation necrosis at the ablation sites. Most of the ablation lesions induced by RF energy in the coronary sinus involved the left atrium and left ventricle without rupture of the coronary sinus catheter ablation by RF energy could significantly shorten persistence of ventricular tachycardia. Besides, We also assessed the effect of direct current shock on the ventricular myocardium but shock may be associated with severe complications, Catheter ablation of cardial tissue with RF energy is a safe and effective procedure, This method offers potential clinical utility for catheter ablation of refractory arrhythemias.
