摘要
目的 探讨乳腺典型髓样癌、非典型髓样癌形态相似而预后差异显著的分子机理。方法 采用免疫组织化学 (s p)法测定 18例乳腺典型髓样癌、30例非典型髓样癌中E cadherin、CD4 4v6的表达。 结果 E cadherin蛋白的表达强度 ,典型髓样癌高于非典型髓样癌 (P <0 .0 5 ) ;非典型髓样癌中CD4 4v6的表达强度明显高于典型髓样癌 (P <0 .0 5 )。结论 E cadherin、CD4 4v6表达的显著差异是乳腺典型髓样癌。
Objective To study the mechanism of typical medullary carcinoma and atypical medullary carcinoma′s similar morphology and different prognosis . Methods The immunohistochemical staining method was used to evaluate the positivity of E cadhein,CD44v6 in 30 cases of atypicial medullary carcinoma and 18 cases of typicial medullary carcinoma. Results The staining intensity of E cadherin oncoprotein typical medullary carcinoma was significantly higher than those in atypical medullary carcinoma( P <0.05). The staining intensity of CD44v6 oncoprotein was significantly higher in typical medullary carcinoma than in atypical medullary carcinoma( P <0.05).Conclusion Expression of E cadherin?CD44v6 is one of the reasons of medullary breast carcinoma′s similar morphology and different prognosis.
