摘要
乙型肝炎病毒(HBV)在我国的感染率极高,提高HBV检测水平是控制HBV感染的重要措施。目前主要靠检测血清HBV抗原、抗体诊断HBV感染。
The HBV (hepatitis B virus) gene probe was labeled by a novel method, which involves a chemical reaction procedure. The probe prepared by this method was mare sensitive, being able to detect 0.25pg of homologous HBV DNA, than the probe labeled by using photobiotin, When the probe was used for clinical assay, HBV DNA was detected in all the sera in which both HBs antigen and HBe antigen were positive, and it was also detected in 1 of 6 sera in which HBs antigen was positive but HBe antigen was negative. The probe did not react with 4 normal sera. The results indicated that the novel technique for preparing biotinylated HBV gene probe could lead to the wider application of hybridization techniques in diagnosis of HBV infection.
