摘要
乳突囊肿是由于某种原因引起乳突气房系统与外界气体交换受阻所致。因而鼓窦入口封闭或中耳根治术中乳突气房未能彻底切除并被封闭均可成为囊肿形成的原因。治疗方法应以手术彻底切除囊肿为宜。
Cyst in the mastoid is a uncommon disease. We discussed etiology, symptoms and treatment of the disease in this paper, It is believed that the cyst in the mastoid is result from closing of the mastoid air cell system, We think that the best method of the treatment is to remove the cyst completely by operating.
