班主任与学生和睦相处的工作艺术

摘要 班主任是与班级集体的直接的对接者,他是学生校园生活的引导者,是德育工作前哨阵地的先锋。文章从自身经历与理论学习的视角出发,总结了班主任如何与学生和睦相处的工作体会:以身作则,平等尊重,取得学生信任;倾听沟通,换位思考,站在学生立场;深入了解,寻求共通,融入学生生活;以人为本,挖掘潜力,发展学生优点。这些体会符合班主任工作的规律性,同时具有一定的实践操作性。
