产业结构升级影响就业的实证分析——以宁夏为例

An analysis of effect of upgrading of industry on labor market——A case study of Ningxia

产业结构升级是未来中国经济发展的必然趋势,而产业结构升级必然会影响到就业结构的调整.以宁夏为研究对象,结合宁夏第一、二、三产业产值和就业数据,利用多元线性回归方法,分析宁夏产业结构升级对就业总量的影响;同时,运用结构偏离度和比较劳动生产率2种衡量指标分析产业结构升级对就业结构的影响.结果表明:产业升级能够增加宁夏的就业总量,但由于宁夏产业结构变动与就业结构变动发展不完全匹配,产业结构升级造成第一产业"低产出,高就业",第二产业"高增长,低就业".为打破这种产业结构和就业结构不协调的格局,提出对策及建议.

Industrial upgrading will become the main theme of recent years in Ningxia, and the adjustment of industrial structure is bound to affect the employment structure. For the study of Ningxia, first, second, third industry output value and employment data, the use of multiple linear regression analysis of the impact of industrial structure upgrading of Ningxia' s total employment, and the use of structural deviation and comparative labor productivity two measure the influence of industrial structure upgrading of employment structure. The study found that industrial upgrading Ningxia' s total employment to increase,but the development of changes in industrial structure and employment structure does not exactly match, resulting in the first industry, 'low output, high employment ', the second industry, ' high growth, low employment ' situation. To break the industry structure and employment structure uncoordinated situation, we propose policy recommendations.
