宁夏固原是全国有名的贫困地区之一,劳务输出是解决该地区贫困问题的根本途径.对宁夏固原农民工进行问卷调查,描述调查样本的个人基本信息、务工信息、培训信息,分析该地区农民工技术培训的现状与特点,指出技术培训中存在的根本问题,在此基础上提出了相应的对策与建议.
