摘要
技术培训是解决生态移民劳务安置(以下简称劳务移民)过程中由农民到市民一步跨越造成的非农就业困难的有效措施之一.通过对宁夏石嘴山劳务移民进行实地调研,从劳务移民个体角度出发,分析劳务移民缺乏参与培训动力的原因,从政府、培训机构和用人单位三方面剖析培训本身存在的问题,并针对这些原因和问题提出了劳务移民培训的对策与建议.
Technical training is one of the effective measures for ecological migrant labor resettlement(hereinafter referred to as labor migrant) to solve non-farm payrolls difficulty which caused by the transition from the farmers to citizen. The study of this paper is from 4 sides to introduce, one is from labor migrant to analyze the cause of lacking motivation to participate in technical training, the other one is from government, training institutions and employers to know the real demand of labor migrant though the data got from Shizuishan of Ningxia. In order to solve these problems, effective measures should be taken and we wish this research can give some good suggestion for the government.
