晚期癌症患者家居医疗的宁养服务模式

An exploration of hospice and palliative home care for patients with terminal cancer pain

目的 探索宁养医疗服务模式对癌症患者家居治疗的作用。方法 为827例癌症患者提供以家居探访为主要形式、止痛治疗为主要内容,辅以护理指导及心理纾缓的宁养医疗服务。注重与患者及家属建立良好的沟通,以患者的角度和立场去理解患者及家属,以“全人照顾”的理念服务于患者,将患者与家属看成是一个服务整体,为患者提供一个较为完善的服务体系。结果 服务前后对比,94.6％(705/745)的患者疼痛明显缓解,94.3％(495/525)的患者生活质量提高,88.2％(463/525)的患者一般状况改善。结论 宁养医疗服务能使大多数在家治疗的癌症疼痛患者得到较满意的医疗服务,可作为家庭治疗癌症疼痛患者较为理想的治疗选择。

Objective To explore a model for effective hospice and palliative home care for patients with terminal cancer pain. Methods Hospice home care was delivered to 827 patients with cancer, including pain relief, nursing care and psychological support. Much more importance was attached to good communication with patients and their relatives. Patient-centered service principle was implemented in our daily care work with sincere respect, and defending their human dignities. A holistic service system was formed in the care of the patients to provide perfect and integrated service for them. Results Pain was relieved markedly in 94.6% of the patients (705/745) after service, while quality of life was improved in 94.3% (495/525) of them and 88.2% (463/525) in their general condition. Conclusions Hospice and palliative care could provide more satisfactory service for patients with cancer, which proved to be feasible, more ideal and more effective for those with terminal cancer pain at their home.
