社会时空关系的后现代审视

The relationship of time and space Surveying in theories of Postmodernism

时间和空间作为社会发展的必要向度,是研究社会发展的重要维度。晚期资本主义的发展引发了时空领域的后现代变革,出现了时空运动加速化、时空伸延异质化、时空关系虚拟化的全新现象,引发了时空观念的理论调整。后现代时空理论在"社会时空观"的基础上,致力于破除"自然时空观"、"绝对时空观"、"主观时空观"和"有限时空观"的理论局限,"时空压缩"、"时空伸延"、"时空生产"理论的提出推进了对社会时空与社会生产关系的辩证思考,实现了从时空中的生产到时空本身的生产的理论转向。但是,后现代时空理论在放逐"历史决定论"的同时,放逐了时间逻辑和历史研究,人为构建了一种时间与空间之间的二元对立,形构了一种后现代意义上的空间拜物教,未能全面思考社会发展的复杂性。为此,我们必须立足于当今世界和中国发展的实际状况,坚定马克思主义历史唯物主义立场,从而科学地探索符合中国实际的发展道路和发展模式。

As essential dimensions for social development,time and space are important dimensions for research on social development. The development of late capitalism gives rise to postmodernism reforms in the space-time field,leading to brand new phenomena such as space-time movement acceleration,space-time distanciation heterogenization and space-time relationship virtualization,which causes adjustment on the space-time concept. Based on the'social concepts of space and time',the postmodernism space-time theory tries to eliminate limitations of concepts of'natural view of time and space','absolute view of time and space','subjective view of time and space'and'limited view of time and space',and the proposal of theories of'space-time compression','time-space distanciation'and'production of space-time'promotes dialectical reflection on social space-time and relations of social production,realizing the conversion on theories from production in time and space to that of time and space. However,the postmodernism space-time theory eliminates research on time logic and history at the same time of eliminating the'historical determinism',so as to construct a binary opposition between time and space,forming the space fetishism with postmodernism significance,which fails in taking whole complexity of social development into consideration. Therefore,it is necessary to insist on the historical materialism of Marxism,so as to explore development roads and modes in accordance with practical conditions of China in a scientific way.
