东北亚区域文化认同的多维审视及其建构

Multidimensional Examination and Construction of Cultural Identity in Northeast Asia

经济全球化与区域一体化已经成为当今世界的主流,两大潮流彼此激荡,相互促进,影响着整个世界的发展走向。以中国、朝鲜、韩国、日本为核心区域的东北亚,自古以来就是人类文明的重要发源地,在民族文化的演进与发展过程中积淀了丰厚的历史渊源和价值共性。文化共同体的实践活动塑造了反映其思维方式和行为方式的重要概念,东北亚区域合作共筑"命运共同体"已经成为大势所趋,文化的精神纽带作用日渐凸显,文化认同可以成为促进东北亚区域深度合作的一种有效手段。但是,以文明为基础的文化共同体是自然形成的实践共同体,在这个机遇与挑战并存的时代,如何走出狭隘的文化保护壁垒,激发文化共性潜能,提升文化认同感召力,探寻由地域共同体到以文化认同为媒介的多维共同体的飞跃,显得十分必要。

Economic globalization and regional integration have become the mainstream of the world today. The two trends are mutually reinforcing,promoting each other and affecting the development trend of the whole world. The Northeast Asia,which takes China,DPR Korea,Korea and Japan as the core region,has been an important source of human civilization since ancient times. It has accumulated rich historical origins and common values in the process of the evolution and development of national culture. The cooperation of Northeast Asia in the construction of'destiny community'has become a trend,and the spiritual bond of culture has become more and more important. Highlighting cultural identity is an effective way to promote deep regional cooperation in Northeast Asia. But in the time of this opportunity and challenge,it is very necessary to get out of the narrow barrier of cultural protection,to stimulate the common potential of culture,to enhance the appeal of cultural identity and to explore the leap from the regional community to the multidimensional community with cultural identity as the medium.
