实现社会主义规范性不仅仅是新时代中国特色社会主义建设的内在性要义,同时其也拓展为一种引导性力量正推动了中国现代化建设和全球正义的实现,这成为我们探讨社会规范性要义实现的全新视域。新时期中国特色社会主义规范性实现必然要以历史唯物主义为理论依据,即'事实性'和'规范性'作为人类社会发展的两个维度,而蕴含其中的'事实—规范'辩证逻辑更使得人类社会发展中规范性的'应当'成为'将是'。立足于社会主义规范性实现的客观前提,遵从社会主义初级阶段现实、以中国共产党领导为核心的规范性力量、发展正义为核心的社会规范内核、人类普遍交往为指导的人类命运共同体的构建正推动了新时代中国特色社会主义价值性的伟大实践。

The realization of socialist normality is not only the intrinsic essence of building socialism of Chinese characteristics inthe new era,but also a guiding force that is pushing forward China’s modernization drive and the realization of global justice,which has become a new perspective for us to discuss the realization of social normality.The normative realization of socialism withChinese characteristics in the new era must be based on the theoretical basis of historical materialism,that is,'factivity'and'nor-mativity'are two dimensions of human social development,and the dialectical logic of'factual-normative'contains them makingthe normativity from'should be'to'will be'in the development of human society.Based on the objective premise of socialist nor-mative implementation,compliance to the primary stage of socialism reality,the standardization of the leadership of the communistparty of China as the core power and the development of justice as the core of the kernel of social norms,universal human interac-tion for the guidance of the construction of the community about human destiny is pushing for the new era value,which is the greatpractice of socialism with Chinese characteristics.
