Consistent Trend and Differential Structure:Ten Years of Public Satisfaction with Government(2005-2015)

利用中国综合社会调查(CGSS)2005年和2015年两期对比数据,从保障性评价、公正性评价和共益性评价三个结构维度,以稳定性假设、差级结构假设和分化假设为理论工具,研究近十年来公众政府满意度的变迁趋势。研究发现,十年来公众政府满意度的变迁在整体上保持稳定性趋向和良性秩序的同时,不同群体的态度结构呈差级式变化,表现为在医疗服务、养老服务、社会治安以及环境保护等保障性和共益性评价指标上,群体异质性有所扩大。户籍等结构性因素在公众政府满意度变迁的过程中仍然具有分隔作用,共同形塑着公众政府满意度的差级化变迁。

Based on the three structural dimensions of supportive evaluation and fairness evaluation and public welfare evaluation,this research uses the comparative data of Chinese General Social Survey(CGSS)in 2005 and 2015 to study the changing trend ofpublic satisfaction with government in the past decade.This study takes stability hypothesis,difference structure assumption and dif-ferentiation hypothesis as theoretical tool.In the past ten years,the change of public satisfaction with government has maintained astable trend and a benign order as a whole.At the same time,the attitude structure of different groups has undergone a differentialchange,which is characterized by the heterogeneity of different groups has been expanded in terms of the supportive and public wel-fare evaluation indicators of medical services,pension services,social security and environmental protection.Structural factors suchas household registration still has a separation effect in the changing process of public satisfaction with government,and commonshaping the differential change of public satisfaction with government.
