大数据越来越成为影响现实政治的重要因素。大数据的应用有助于提升政治资源配置的科学性、公平性,增强政治资源配置的预测性。我们要实现政治资源的优化配置,必须科学合理地运用大数据,把大数据分析融入到政治资源配置过程中,实现循数决策—循数配置—循数管理。同时,也应看到,大数据在政治资源配置中的真正应用还受到很大的限制,当务之急,我们要积极创造条件,加快培养精通和应用大数据技术的复合型人才,从法律层面尽快构建数据开放以及信息安全的相关规范。

Big data has increasingly become an important factor affecting real politics.The application of big data is helpful to improve the scientific and equitable allocation of political resources and enhance the prospective allocation of political resources.In order to realize the optimal allocation of political resources,we must use big data scientifically and reasonably,integrate big data analysis into the process of political resources allocation,and realize the decision-making based on numbers-based,allocation based on numbers to based management.At the same time,we also should realize that the real application of big data in the allocation of political resources is still subject to great restrictions.It is imperative that we actively create conditions,accelerate the training of compound talents who are proficient in and apply big data technology,and construct and improve the relevant norms of data opening and information security as soon as possible from the legal level.
