中国扶贫改革40年：过去、现在和未来

The Past,Present and Future of 40 Years of China’s Poverty Alleviation Reform

消除贫困和实现全体中国人民的共同富裕是建设中国特色社会主义的本质要求,也是中国共产党的初心和使命。改革开放40年来,中国脱贫攻坚工作取得了优异成绩,为了人类扶贫除贫事业作出了巨大贡献。围绕中国扶贫开发的过去、现在和未来三个方面,总结了中国扶贫开发历程和取得的成就,概括了当前扶贫开发所面临的挑战。同时,为了聚焦打赢精准脱贫攻坚战,对2020年后中国贫困的研究方向进行了讨论,提出要深刻认识新时代贫困内涵,阐明国家在下一阶段的扶贫重点,巩固好全面建成小康社会的成果,为实现第二个百年奋斗目标奠定坚实基础。

Eliminating poverty,improving people’s livelihood and achieving common prosperity are the essential requirements of socialism and the important mission of our CPC Party.Over the past 40 years,China has made decisive progress in overcoming poverty,highlighting the Chinese road to poverty alleviation and the Chinese development model.In order to commemorate the 40 th anniversary of China’s poverty alleviation reform,this paper discusses the past,present and future of China’s poverty alleviation and development.This paper summarizes the course and achievements of poverty alleviation in China,summarizes the challenges faced by poverty alleviation and development,and focuses on winning the battle of precise poverty alleviation.At last,this paper discussed the research direction of poverty alleviation in China after 2020,made it clear that we should adhere to the correct direction of poverty alleviation,and strive hard to win the victory of building a well-off society in an all-round way and the great victory of socialism with Chinese characteristics in the new era.
