Calculation of the Risk of DMD Carrier by Bayes Method

本文通过RFLP连锁分析和血清CPK测定对两个DMD家系进行了综合分析,探讨了Bayes方法在DMD家系风险计算中的应用。

DMD is one of the most common X-Linked recessive inherited disorders. We studied two DMD families by RFLP Linkage analysis and CPK detection. Bayes method was also used to calculate the risk in these two DMD families.
