两种方法保存消毒剂化学稳定性的实验研究 被引量:15

EXPERIMENTAL STUDY ON EXAMINATION OF CHEMICAL STABILITY OF DISINFECTANT BY TWO PRESERVING METHODS

摘要 采用化学测定法,观察了4种化学消毒剂在我国不同地域(广州、北京和哈尔滨)自然留样保存稳定性并与经验法进行比较。结果,经验法54℃保存14 d,次氯酸钠、AE09碘伏和过氧化氢有效成分下降率依次为52.54 %、13.71%和37.43%;37℃保存90 d,上述3种消毒剂有效成分下降率依次为49.52%、15.68%和38.53%;酸性戊二醛在上述两种温度下保存,浓度下降率依次为3.59%和7.14%。3个地区自然留样保存1年,次氯酸钠、AE09碘伏、过氧化氢和戊二醛有效成分下降率依次:广州为53.96%、23.53%、85.95%和1.33%;北京为43.72%、16.04%、38.72%和3.46%;哈尔滨为29.58%、11.80%、36.12%和1.35%。除戊二醛之外,其它3种消毒剂下降率均超过10%的规定,并且自然留样法与经验法之间结果不一致;显然,对于不稳定的消毒剂经验法所得到的有效期不能代表自然留样法,南方与北方亦不完全一致。 Chemical measurement method was used to observe the storing stability of the natural reserved samples of 4 chemical disinfectants in different areas (Guangzhou, Beijing and Harbin) of China and was compared with the empirical method. The results indicated that after storing at 54 ℃ for 14 days by empirical method, the active principles of sodium hypochlorite, AE09 iodophor and hydrogen peroxide decreased by 52.54%, 13.71% and 37.43% respectively; after storing at 37℃ for 90 days, the active principles of above 3 disinfectants decreased by 49.52%, 15.68% and 38..53% respectively. The concentration of acidic glutaraldehyde decreased by 3.59% and 7.14% respectively after storing at the above 2 temperatures. After the natural reserved samples stored in 3 areas for 1 year, the active principles of sodium hypochlorite, AE09 iodophor, hydrogen peroxide and glutaraldehyde decreased by 53.96%, 23.53%, 85.95% and 1.33% respectively in Guangzhou; by 43.72%, 16.04%, 38.72% and 3.46% respectively in Beijing; by 29.58%, 11.80%, 36.12% and 1.35% respectively in Harbin. Except glutaraldehyde, the derease rates of all the other 3 disinfectants exceeded the allowable limit of 10%, and the results of natural reserved sample method were different from those of the empirical method. It is obvious that the period of validity of the unstable disinfectants obtained by empirical method can not represent that obtained by natural reserved sample method and the results are also different between the south and the north of China.
