摘要
为测定与甲硝唑复配的溶液中醋酸氯己定含量,对双波长分光光度法进行了试验观察。结果,在溶液中含醋酸氯己定≤25μg/ml时,其含量与对应的吸光度值差值呈线性关系,相对标准偏差为2.07％。方法简便、快速。
In order to measure chlorhexdine acetate content in the solution containing also metronidazole, the double-wavelength spectrophotometry was observed experimentally. The results showed that when the solution contained chlorhexidine acetate ≤25 μg/ ml, its content showed linear relation with the difference value of corresponding absorbance values, with relative standard deviation of 2.07%. This method is simple, convienient and quick.
