摘要
为了解巴盟地区各级医疗单位消毒工作质量,采用平板沉降法和棉拭子采样法对消毒后的室内空气、物体表面、医护人员手及使用中的消毒剂进行了检测。结果,手术室、产房空气细菌超标率为71.21％(47/66);医务人员手和物体表面细菌污染超标率波动在10％～100％;使用中消毒剂污染超标率波动在6％～33％。加强管理后消毒工作质量逐年提高,但空气卫生质量仍未得到有效控制。
In order to know the quality of disinfection work of medical institutions of various levels in Ba League Area, plate sedimentation method and cotton swab sampling method were used to examine the indoor air, article surfaces, hands of medical and nursing personnel after disinfection and disinfectants in use. The results showed that the rates of exceeding allowable bacterial contamination were 71.21% (477 66) in air of operating rooms and delivery rooms, 10%- 100% in hands of medical personnel and article surfaces and 6%- 33% in disinfectants in use. After strengthening administration, the quality of disinfection work improved year by year, but the sanitary quality of air still has not been controlled effectively.
