摘要
目的 探讨细胞外信号调节蛋白激酶 (ERK ) 1在膀胱癌发病机制中的作用及其临床意义。方法 应用免疫组化方法和DNA图像分析技术检测膀胱癌组织中ERK1成纤维细胞生长因子受体 (FGFR)及c met的表达和DNA倍体及含量。结果 膀胱癌中ERK1阳性率为 88.9% ,显著高于正常膀胱组织的6 6 .7% ,而且与肿瘤病理分级、复发及DNA多倍体、DNA含量和FGFR表达密切相关 ,但与肿瘤分期和c met表达之间相关无显著性意义。结论 ERK1表达异常在膀胱癌发病过程中起重要作用 ,在一定程度上可以反映肿瘤生物学特征。
Objective To investigate the role of extracellular signal regulated kinase (ERK) 1 in pathogenesis of bladder cancer and its relationships with tumor biological behaviors and fibroblast growth factor receptor (FGFR) and c met. Methods ERK1,FGFR and c met expressions were determined by immunohistochemistry technique in 88 cases with bladder cancer and 9 cases with normal bladder tissues. DNA parameters in patients with bladder cancer were determined by DNA image cytometry. Results The positive expression of ERK1 in bladder cancer was significantly higher than that in normal tissues. The ERK1 expression in bladder cancer were closely relationships with tumor grade,recurrence,rate of polyploidy cell,DNA content and FGFR expression, while ERK1 expressions were not significantly relationships with tumor stage and c met expressions. Conclusion Abnormal expression of ERK1 play an important role in development and progression of bladder cancer. ERK1 expression may be a predictor for tumor biological behaviors.
