摘要
为了解决自动巡航电动车(AGV)中永磁同步电机动态性能较差的问题,对永磁同步电机的转矩控制进行了研究,根据反电动势波形,采取离线恒转矩测试法,实现了永磁同步电机的转矩控制。研究结果表明:永磁同步电机在该方法下,所控制的转矩具有较快调节能力,动态性能得到提高。
To solve the problem of the permanent magnet synchronous motor’s poor dynamic performance in automatic guided electric vehicle(AGV),the torque control of permanent magnet synchronous motor was studied.The off-line constant torque test method was adopted to realize the torque control of permanent magnet synchronous motor based on back electromotive force waveform.The results show that the torque of permanent magnet synchronous motor can be adjusted quickly,and the dynamic performance is improved under the control of the method.
