摘要 结合某高速公路工程项目,研究了AC-20型改性泡沫沥青混合料配合比。通过测定沥青发泡的物理指标确定沥青最佳发泡条件。采用逐级填充法进行矿料级配设计,并进行马歇尔试验确定最佳油石比。在相同体积参数下进行温拌与热拌沥青混合料的路用性能对比试验研究。将设计的配合比应用在对比试验路段的中面层,研究了泡沫沥青混合料的施工压实性能,并进行经济效益与环境效益分析。分析结果表明:AC-20型改性泡沫沥青混合料能够在较低的生产温度下成型,具有更强的高温抗车辙性能,其水稳定性、低温抗裂性、渗水性能、施工压实度与常规热拌改性沥青混合料的基本一致。 The AC-20 modified foam asphalt mixture ratio was studied with a highway project.The optimum foaming condition of asphalt was determined by measuring the physical index of asphalt foaming.The gradation design of mineral aggregate was made by step filling method,and the optimum asphalt aggregate ratio was determined by Marshall test.The experimenta on pavement performance of warm mix asphalt and hot mix asphalt was carried out under the same volume parameter.The construction compaction performance of foamed asphalt mixture was studied by application of the designed mixture ratio in the intermediate surface layer of the contrast test section.Economic and environmental benefits were analyzed.The results show that AC-20 modified foam asphalt mixture is molded at low production temperature with stronger rutting resistance.The water stability,low temperature crack resistance,water permeability and construction compactness are basically the same as hot mix modified asphalt mixture.
