摘要
针对某型高速大功率船用柴油机存在的排气烟度大、油耗率偏高的问题,采用台架试验与燃烧仿真相结合的方式进行优化研究。利用油泵台架试验和气道稳流台架试验为燃烧仿真提供边界条件,并通过燃烧仿真对柴油机的燃烧过程进行分析。仿真确定优化方案,并对优化方案进行柴油机台架试验验证。研究结果表明:全工况燃油消耗率和排气烟度有较大幅度降低,其中,部分工况燃油消耗率降低10 g/(k W·h),烟度降低48.4%,NOX排放满足船用柴油机IMO TierⅡ排放法规的要求。
For the problem of excessive smoke and high fuel consumption in the marine high-speed high-power diesel engine,the optimization was conducted based on bench test and combustion simulation.Fuel injection system bench test and intake port blower bench test were used to provide accurate boundary conditions for the combustion simulation.The combustion process was analyzed based on the simulation.The optimal solution was validated on the engine test bench.The test results indicated that the fuel consumption and smoke are reduced significantly.Fuel consumption at one operating point is reduced by 10 g/(kW·h),and smoke is reduced by 48.4%.NOx satisfies IMO TierⅡrequirement.
