摘要 重点分析了长输管道站控系统远程监控的工艺要求及监控难点,介绍了国产可编程控制器(PLC)产品的特性以及与国外产品的差距,详细介绍了将智能PLC产品应用于长输管道站控系统的具体方案。分别阐述了时钟同步方案、远程维护方案、全网诊断方案、全系统防病毒方案、单站网络方案,并成功地将该长输管道站控系统运用于天津LNG输气管道上,证实了该方案的可行性。 The process requirement and difficulty of remote monitoring for control system of long-distance transportation pipeline station are mostly analyzed.The features of homemade programmable logic controller(PLC)and the gap between the domestic and foreign products are introduced.The elaborated scheme for applying smart PLC in control system of longdistance transportation pipeline station is introduced in detail.Clock synchronization scheme,remote maintenance scheme,the entire network diagnosing scheme,the whole system antivirus schemes,single station network scheme are expounded respectively.Control system of the station is applied in Tianjin LNG transportation pipeline successfully.The scheme is proved to be applicable.
