摘要
针对化工装置中仪表用电负荷的特点,结合仪表电源电缆的常用敷设方式,以仪表电源电缆的载流量为依据,计算出仪表电源电缆的线芯截面积。采用电压降的计算方法,验算仪表电源电缆是否可以满足设计需求。最后,基于Visual C#开发了仪表电源电缆线芯截面积选择的计算软件。应用结果表明:该方法计算准确、有效,提高了工程设计的质量和精度。
Aiming at the characteristic of applied electrical load for instrument in chemical plant,combined with the common laying mode of instrument power cable,the cross-sectional area of instrument power cable core is calculated out based on capacity of carrying current for the cable.The calculation method of the voltage drop is applied to check whether the result can satisfy the requirements or not.Finally,based on Visual C#,the cross-sectional area calculation software is developed for selecting instrument power cable core.The application results show that the calculation result is accurate and effective with method;and the quality and precision of engineering design is improved.
