现代化炼油厂大量采用智能化仪表设备,同时配置了先进的过程控制系统(PCS)、生产管理系统(MES)、企业资源规划(ERP)等,使过程控制、生产管理、经营管理三层融为一体,基本实现了炼油厂数字化。现代化炼油厂拥有海量的过程数据和管理数据,以现有的数字化平台为基础,通过投用优化的智能仪表诊断软件、无线专家诊断系统、无线PAD巡检等措施,升级改造了数字化信息平台;同时强化了预测管理、驱动管理、系统化信息化管理,使数字炼油厂成功转型为信息化炼油厂,并为智能化炼油厂建设起到了一定示范作用。

Most modern refineries use a large number of intelligent instruments,equipped with advanced process control system(PCS),manufacturing execution systems(MES),and enterprise resources planning(ERP).The systems integrate process control,production management,and operation management into one.The digitization of the refinery is fundamentally realized.Modern refinery has a vast number of process and management data.Based on current digital platform,through putting into the countermeasures of optimized intelligent instrument as diagnosing software,wireless expert diagnosing system and wireless PAD routing inspection,etc,the digital information platform is improved.Meanwhile,with strengthening the prediction management, driving management and systematized informatization management,the digital refinery has been successfully transformed to informatization refinery.It plays an exemplary role in the construction of smart refinery.
