摘要 针对油气输送管道在运行时沿途环境复杂,安全风险管控难度大,一旦发生事故,会对生命、财产造成严重影响的问题,采用虚拟化技术、云GIS服务弹性调整技术、云GIS服务共享管理技术以及面向服务架构,建立了1套基于油气输送管道完整性管理的信息系统。实际应用表明:该系统实现了各项业务管理系统的有机整合,有效提升了管道安全管理水平及日常工作效率。 Aiming at the problem for oil and gas transportation pipeline throughout a journey with complicated environment during operation,big difficulty for safety risk control,once there is incident occurred,serious influence to life and property will be caused.Adopting the virtualization technology,cloud GIS service flexible adjustment technology,cloud GIS service shared management technology and service oriented framework,one set of information system based on oil and gas transportation integrity management is constructed.The practical application shows the system realizes the various business management systems are integrated.The pipeline safety management and daily work efficiency have been improved efficiently.
