摘要
某公司密闭电石炉和套筒石灰窑运行过程中K型热电偶经常被烧坏,造成温度测量不准确。针对该问题,分析了导致热电偶损坏的原因,根据电石炉和石灰窑的实际运行情况,对热电偶提出了新的性能要求,最终确定选用电石炉专用热电偶和石灰窑专用热电偶实施改造。实际应用表明:该方案解决了以往热电偶使用寿命短,影响电石和石灰石煅烧的质量和产量的问题,使热电偶备件费用降低了50%,实现了电石炉和石灰窑的长周期运行,且经济效益提升显著。
K-type thermocouple is often burnt out during the operation of the closed calcium carbide furnace and sleeve lime kiln in a company,which results in inaccurate temperature measurement.Aiming at the problem,the cause leading to the damage of the thermocouple is investigated.According to the actual operation of the calcium carbide furnace and lime kiln,the new performance requirement for thermocouple is put forward.Special thermocouple for calcium carbide furnace and lime kiln is adopted to implement the improvement.The practical application indicates the short lifecycle of thermocouple and the problem of influencing quality and yield for calcium carbide and limestone burning is solved.The spare part cost for thermocouple has been decreased for 50%.Long term operation for calcium carbide furnace and lime kiln has been realized,and the economic benefit has also been improved sharply.
