援外培训助力“一带一路”沿线竹藤产业发展

Foreign-aid Training Programs Stimulate the Bamboo and Rattan Industry along “the Belt and Road” Regions

竹藤广泛分布于"一带一路"沿线区域,兼备极高的经济、社会和生态价值。自2013年构建"一带一路"战略提出以来,竹藤援外培训发展愈发迅速。文章结合国际竹藤中心等竹藤援外培训机构的数据,概述了竹藤援外培训的发展现状,从经济效益、生态效益和外交红利3个方面具体阐述了其在推动"一带一路"倡议中所发挥的积极作用,并总结了目前竹藤援外培训所取得的成果和未来的建议。文章认为,竹藤援外培训在促进"一带一路"实施的过程发挥着积极作用。

As natural materials with high economic, social and ecological value, bamboo and rattan are widely distributed along'the Belt and Road'regions. Since the birth of'the Belt and Road'initiative in 2013, world has witnessed a rapid development of the China-sponsored foreign-aid programs on bamboo and rattan. Based on the latest data and information from ICBR and other similar organizations, this paper presented the current situation of the foreign-aid programs on bamboo and rattan in China and introduced their positive role in the B&R construction process in terms of economy, ecology and diplomacy. The paper set out the programs’ achievements during the years and provided some advice for future development. It concluded in the final part that the China-sponsored foreign-aid programs on bamboo and rattan would always be an impetus for B&R initiative.
