我国森林旅游产业优质化发展对策研究——以森林公园为例

Study on the Optimized Development Countermeasures of Forestry Tourism in China——Taking Forest Parks as Examples

森林旅游产业优质化发展是生态文明建设的重要内容,是森林旅游产业转型升级的内在要求,是提升森林旅游发展水平的有效途径。基于现状分析,指出我国森林旅游产业发展存在问题包括:供给侧结构不合理,管理与服务质量不高,门票经济依赖仍然突出;总体发展不平衡,"小面热、大面凉"的局面十分明显;区位条件制约,人力资源短缺,专业人才缺乏;资金投入不足,资金运用于旅游发展的效率不高、效果不明显等。结合旅游供给侧结构性改革、全域旅游、旅游创新、优质旅游的现实要求,提出森林旅游产业优质化发展对策。

The optimized development of forest tourism is an important content of ecological civilization construction, an internal requirement for transformation and upgrading of forest tourism, and also an effective way to improve the development level of forest tourism. Based on status analysis on the Chinese forest tourism, this paper led out the main problems as follows: supply-side structure is unreasonable,the management and the service quality is not high,ticket economy dependence is still outstanding;the overall development is not balanced,the situation of'Only a few forest parks do well'is very obvious;location constraints,shortage of human resources,lack of professional personnel;lack of funding,the efficiency of capital use in tourism development is not high,the effect is not obvious etc.At last,it put forward the optimized development countermeasure of forest tourism which combined with the present stage of the supply-side structural reform, whole place tourism, tourism innovation and quality tourism.
