广西新型林业经营主体的SWOT-AHP发展战略选择研究

Study on the SWOT-AHP Development Strategy Choice of Guangxi New Forest Management Entities

文章以广西新型林业经营主体发展战略为研究目标,运用SWOT-AHP法,从广西新型林业经营主体发展的优势、劣势、机遇、威胁4个方面构建了由气候优势等20个指标组成的评价体系,对广西林业新型林业经营主体发展战略选择进行实证研究。结果表明:实现新型林业经营主体可持续发展,广西应采取WO和WT战略。

Taking the development strategy of new forestry management entities in Guangxi as the research objective, this paper used SWOT-AHP method to construct an evaluation system consisting of 20 indicators such as climate advantages from four aspects: Strengths, Weaknesses, Opportunities and Challenges of the development of new forestry management entities in Guangxi, and carried out an empirical study on the development strategy choice of new forestry management entities in Guangxi. The results showed that:in order to realize the sustainable development of new forestry management entities, Guangxi should adopt WO and WT strategies.
