摘要
进入新时代,培育一支强大的新型职业农民队伍已成为推动乡村振兴战略和现代农业发展的关键。文章结合乡村振兴战略二十字方针要求,在分析新型职业农民培育的紧迫性基础上,研究了集体林区新型职业农民培育的内部和外部动因,认为收入因素、个体偏好、职业理想、教育需求是林区新型职业农民培育的主要内部动因,规模经营、产业发展、政策推动和社会认同是新型职业农民培育的外部动因。在此基础上,立足现代系统观,构建了新型职业农民培育动因系统。
In the new era, cultivating a strong team of new-type professional farmers has become the key to promoting the strategy of Rural Revitalization and the development of modern agriculture. Based on the 20-word policy requirement of the Rural Revitalization Strategy and the analysis of the urgency of the cultivation of new-type professional farmers, this paper studies the internal and external motivations of the cultivation of new-type professional farmers in collective forest areas. It is believed that income factors, individual preferences, vocational ideals and educational needs are the main internal motivations for the cultivation of new-type professional farmers, And scale management, industrial development, policy promotion and social identity are the external motivations. On this basis, based on the modern system view, a new motivation system for cultivating professional farmers is constructed.
