山区农户的社会关系网络能降低风险预期吗?——基于浙江四地山区农户的经验研究

Can Farmers’Social Networks Reduce the Risk Expectation?——An Empirical Study Based on Mountainous Farmers of Four Counties in Zhejiang Province

文章将山区农户社会关系网络分为宗族、亲戚以及邻里三种关系网络,以经济较为发达的浙江省4个山区县194农户为研究对象,考察三种关系网络对山区农户风险预期的影响。研究结果表明,宗族关系网络并不能有效地降低山区农户风险的预期,而亲戚关系网络和邻里关系网络能显著地降低山区农户风险的预期。这一结论在分地区和分项风险预期回归时,结果依然稳健。政策建议:针对山区农户特殊的自然环境和社会环境,加强山区农户的亲戚和邻里关系网络建设,特别是社会的帮扶、信贷等制度不断完善,可以有效降低山区农户的风险预期。

The paper divided the social network of mountainous farmers into three families of clan,relatives and neighbors’network,to research the 194 mountainous farmers’risk expectation in four mountainous counties of Zhejiang Province.The results indicated that the clan network couldn’t effectively reduce the risk expectation of mountainous farmers,but relative network and neighborhood network could significantly reduce the risk expectation of farmers.These conclusions were still robust when four areas regress and the three sub risk expectation regress.The policy suggestion was:in the light of the natural environment and social environment to mountainous farmers,strengthening the construction of relatives and neighborhood network,especially continuous improvement of the social support and credit system could effectively reduce the risks expectation of mountainous farmers.
