钱江源国家公园体制试点区湿地生态系统服务价值评估

Evaluation on Wetland Ecosystem Service Value in Qianjiangyuan National Park Pilot Area

为了科学评估钱江源国家公园体制试点区湿地生态系统服务功能的变化特点并揭示其驱动因素,在构建生态系统服务评价体系的基础上,运用生态学和经济学的方法,对2005年、2010年和2016年钱江源国家公园体制试点区湿地生态系统的供给、调节、文化和支持4大类共12类生态服务价值进行了评估。2005年、2010年和2016年钱江源国家公园体制试点区湿地生态系统服务总价值呈递减趋势,分别为6.45亿元、5.36亿元和4.12亿元。虽然2010年到2016年,社会对生态环境的保护意识不断提高政府也采取相应措施,但是短期内仍无法得到明显改善。建议进一步加强钱江源国家公园体制试点区管理体系和决策支持体系,提高全社会对湿地生态系统服务价值的认识,实现生态保护与产业协同发展,为我国国家公园建设提供可复制、可推广的模式和经验。

In order to scientifically evaluate the changing characteristics of wetland ecosystem service function in Qianjiangyuan National Park System Pilot Area and reveal its driving factors,based on the construction of ecosystem services evaluation system,12 types of ecosystem services were assessed by using the methods of ecology and economics,including supply,regulation,culture and support of wetland ecosystems in the experimental areas of Qianjiangyuan National Park System in 2005,2010 and 2016.In 2005,2010 and 2016,the total value of wetland ecosystem services in Qianjiangyuan National Park System Pilot Area showed a decreasing trend,which were 645 million yuan,536 million yuan and 412 million yuan respectively.Although from 2010 to 2016,the social awareness of ecological environment protection had been continuously improved,the government had taken corresponding measures,but in the short term there was still no significant improvement.It was suggested that the management system and decision support system of Qianjiangyuan National Park System Pilot Area should be further strengthened so as to enhance the whole society’s understanding of the value of wetland ecosystem services,to realize the coordinated development of ecological protection and industry,and to provide replicable and popularizable models and experiences for the construction of national parks in China.
