摘要
水是扑救森林火灾的重要保障,因此森林消防水源的合理布置是快速、高效开展灭火救灾的基本前提。针对森林消防水源选址困难的问题,分析了选址的各项影响因素,构建了森林消防水源选址的评估模型,并采用模糊综合评判法评判了消防水源选址的适宜程度。实例验证表明,该森林消防水源选址模型是合理可行的。
As water is an important guarantee of saving forest fire, the reasonable decorate of forest fire source location is an enssential precondition to quick and efficient fire fighting and disaster relief. Considering the difficulty of the selecting the forest fire source location, all the influential factors are analyzed. A model of the selection of the forest fire source location is constructed. The suitability of the selection result is judged by the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method. The experimental verification shows that the model of selecting the forest fire source location is reasonable and feasible.
