核桃(Juglans sigillata)又称胡桃,羌桃,为胡桃科植物,是世界主要油料干果树种。在国际市场上它与扁桃、腰果、榛子一起,并列为世界四大坚果。近几年农民种植核桃的积极性空前高涨,姚安县广大人民群众也在县委、县人民政府的引导下积极发展核桃产业。通过对全县核桃资源以及产业发展情况进行全面调查,找出姚安县发展核桃产业中存在的问题,提出对策和建议,更好的发展核桃产业,为山区农民增收致富打下坚实基础。

Juglans sigillata also known as walnut, for the walnut family plants, is the world’s main oilseed tree. On international market it and almond, cashew fruit, hazelnut together, rank as world 4 big nuts. In recent years, farmers’ enthusiasm to plant walnuts has never been higher. The broad masses of people in Yao ’an county are also actively developing the walnut industry under the guidance of the county party committee and the county people’s government. Through a comprehensive investigation of walnut resources and industrial development in the county, the problems existing in the development of walnut industry in Yao ’an county were found out. Countermeasures and suggestions were put forward to better develop walnut industry and lay a solid foundation for farmers in mountainous areas to increase their income and get rich.
