浅谈新时期黑龙江林业生态建设

Talking about the Forestry Ecological Construction of Heilongjiang Province in the New Period

本文解析了在新的历史时期黑龙江省建设林业生态系统的必要性,同时,为更好的建设林业生态系统,总结一些切实可行的合理意见。文章认为,在新的历史时期,要切实加快黑龙江省林业生态系统的建设步伐,切实落实相关的各项政策措施,强化林业资源监管主体的生态建设意识,创新当地林业科技,重视林业发展的转型工作,不断提高建设技术含量,从而为更好的建设当地林业生态贡献力量。

In this paper,the author analyzed the necessity of building forestry ecosystem in Heilongjiang Province in the new historical period,and summarized some feasible and reasonable opinions on how to build forestry ecosystem better.The paper holds that in the new historical period,it is necessary to speed up the construction of forestry ecosystem in Heilongjiang province,implement relevant policies and measures,strengthen the consciousness of ecological construction of the main body of forestry resources supervision,and innovate the local forestry science and technology,attach importance to the transformation of forestry development,thus contributing to the better construction of local forestry ecology.
