蜂斗菜产业属于劳动密集型产业,目前,日本由于劳动成本高昂,出于降低成本的考虑,将绝大部分的蜂斗菜的生产外包,国内保留少量栽培供鲜食。我们应抓住日本产业外迁的机遇,扩大出口。蜂斗菜在黑龙江生长加工的时期正好与传统农时错开,栽种在4月底,收割和加工在8、9月份,不耽误农时,也给农闲时在家的农民提供了一条增收的途径。

Petasites japonicas(sieb.et zucc.)maxim.industry is a labor-intensive industry.At present,due to the high labor cost in Japan,out of the consideration of reducing the cost,most of the petasites japonicas(sieb.et zucc.)maxim.production is outsourced,and a small amount of cultivation is reserved for fresh food.We should seize the opportunity of Japan's industrial relocation and expand exports.Petasites japonicas(sieb.et zucc.)maxim.was grown and processed in Heilongjiang at exactly the same time as the traditional agricultural time.They were planted at the end of April and harvested and processed in August and September,which did not delay the agricultural time and provided a way for farmers to increase their income when they were at home.
