摘要
我国部分林业地区在管理方面普遍存在林木采伐与林地管理协调力度不足等问题,严重危害林业区域的健康发展,并严重影响林业区域的经济发展。究其原因,主要是因为多数林业地区始终秉持"重采伐、轻管理"的理念,使得森林资源的可持续发展进程遭到威胁。针对于此,通过从多个层面分析林木采伐与林地管理存在的问题及措施,确保林木采伐与林地管理之间的协调效果。
Some forestry areas in China have problems of inconsistency between harvesting and management,which seriously endanger the health and economic development.The main reason is that most forestry areas uphold the concept of'Emphasize logging,belittle management',which threatens the sustainable development of forest resources.In this regard,through multi-level analysis of the problem of forest cutting and forest land management measures,to ensure the coordination effect between them.
