有机肥施肥量对夏黑葡萄生长及品质的影响

Effects of Organic Fertilizer Application on Growth and Quality of Xiahei Grapes

为了解有机肥在葡萄上最合适的用量,选取夏黑葡萄为试验材料,设置4个不同有机肥用量处理,研究有机肥对夏黑葡萄生长及品质的影响。结果表明:有机肥有利于提高花序、结果枝率、粒重、纵茎、横径、可溶性固形物和固酸比,减少果实的可滴定酸,且随着有机肥用量的增加,葡萄的生长和品质呈现递增的趋势。其中施肥量为60 t/hm^2时,葡萄的花序数和结果枝数最大,葡萄的鲜重、纵茎、横径、可溶性固形物和固酸比均较大,且酸度较小。由此可知,最适合葡萄生长的有机肥用量为60 t/hm^2。

In order to know the optimum amount of organic fertilizer on grape,Xiahei grape was selected as the test material,and 4 different organic manures were used to study the effects of organic fertilizer on the growth and quality of Xiahei grape.The results showed that the organic fertilizer can improve the inflorescence,fruit branch rate,grain weight,vertical diameter,transverse diameter,soluble solids and solid acid ratio,reduce titratable acid,and with the increase of organic fertilizer,grape growth and quality showed an increasing trend.When the amount of fertilizer was 60 t/hm^2,the inflorescence number and fruiting branch of grape were the largest,the fresh weight,vertical stem,transverse diameter,soluble solids and solid acid ratio of grape were larger,and the acidity was smaller.Therefore,the amount of organic fertilizer suitable for grape growth was 60 t/hm^2.
