工程造价管理是采用科学的技术和方法,在一定的原则和前提下,为了保障工程项目效益对建设工程造价进行的全过程、全方位的业务行为和组织活动。工程造价管理是项目投资的重要环节,我国的现状是资源比较匮乏,为了提高发展的速度,投入资金搞建设是必由之路,但是资金的缺少却限制了项目的发展,把施工和建设搞好的同时,节省人力、物力、财力是眼下需要重点思考的问题。
