Exploration on the Development Strategy of Historic and Cultural Blocks in Harbin’s Traditional Commercial City

哈尔滨市道外区传统商市历史文化街区是国家级名城保护街区,也是国内现存规模最大的中华巴洛克建筑风格群。本文分析了传统历史保护街区保护工作的现实意义,街区改造所面临的问题和思路,总结了规划修缮的设计思考及经营的现实情况,对该区域发展和保护提出战略性建议。

The historical and cultural blocks of the traditional commercial city outside Daowai District of Harbin City are the protected blocks of the national famous city,and also the largest existing Chinese Baroque architectural style group in China.This paper analyses the practical significance of the protection of traditional historic preservation blocks,the problems and ideas faced by the renovation of blocks,summarizes the design considerations of planning and renovation and the actual situation of operation,and puts forward strategic suggestions for the development and protection of the region.
