摘要
钢厂空气储罐内表面的腐蚀裂纹会对储罐安全运行造成极大影响,国家质检部门法规强制规定,必须对空气储罐进行定期的无损检测。常见的压力容器无损检测包括渗透检测、超声检测、射线检测、磁粉检测等,磁粉检测是目前较适合钢厂空气储罐内部缺陷的无损检测方法。由于该检测方式过程的打磨要求,以及进入储罐内部进行磁粉检测的有限空间作业特点,应该对作业人员采取有针对性的职业病防护措施。
The corrosion cracks on the inner surface of the air storage tank in the steel mill will have a great impact on the safe operation of the tank,and It is specified in the compulsory regulations of the national quality inspection departments that nondestructive testing on air storage tanks must be carried out on a regular basis,such as penetration testing,ultrasonic testing,radiographic testing,magnetic particle testing,etc. Magnetic particle inspection is a nondestructive testing method suitable for the internal defects of air storage tanks in steel mills at present. Due to the grinding requirements of the testing method,and the limited space operation characteristics of the magnetic particle inspection inside the storage tank,targeted occupational disease prevention measures intended for operation personnel should be adopted.
