城市商业银行经营绩效的评价研究——基于EVA模型和DEA模型的分析

Studies on the Evaluation of the Operating Performance of City Commercial Banks——Based on EVA Model and DEA Model

国际经济形势不容乐观,我国金融市场环境复杂多变,特别是城商行地区间发展不平衡,如何全面、客观正确评价我国地区间城市商业银行的经营绩效具有重要的指导意义,借助EVA模型和DEA模型对2013-2015年东部、西部、中部和东北地区共12家城市商业银行的总体经营绩效进行评价,以模型评价结果来考察地区间经济发展增速对城商行经营效率的影响。结论认为:中东部地区连续多年的高速增长,导致东部和中部地区的规模报酬递减,西部地区城商行的经营效率正逐步赶超中东部地区。

The international economic situation is not optimistic,and the environment of China's financial market is complicated,especially the uneven development between the city commercial banks in different areas.It is of significance to evaluate the operating performance of the commercial banks comprehensively and objectively.Using EVA model and DEA model,this paper evaluates the overall operating performance from 2013 to 2015of 12 city commercial banks distributed in the east,the west,the central and the northeast of China.The results show that the operating performance grows rapidly in the middle east region for many years,which lead to the decrease of scale returns in the eastern and central regions,and the operating efficiency of city commercial banks in the western region is gradually catching up with the middle east region.
