高校学生管理涉及的法律问题的思考

Reflections on the Legal Problems in the College Student Administration

随着国家教育体制改革的持续升温,高校如何在教书育人的同时,更好地进行高校学生的管理,维护高校学生的合法权益,已变得愈发重要。本文从高校学生管理中凸显的法律问题类型入手,分析高校与学生之间法律问题及纠纷产生的原因,并从管理制度、执行程序、法律意识的层面提出解决思路,以践行"依法治校"理念,实现自主管理新常态。

With the continuing development of national education system reform,it is more and more important for colleges to provide quality education and management so as to protect the students' legal rights.From the legal problems that are prominent in the college student administration,this paper analyzes the reasons for the disputes between colleges and students,and puts forward the solutions from such levels as management system,operation procedures and legal consciousness in order to carry out the principle of'administrating the college by law'and realize the normalization of self-management.
