计算机辅助导航下纠正颅眶面部骨纤维结构不良

The correction of the cranial-orbital-facial fibrous dysplasia under the computer-assisted navigation

目的探讨计算机辅助导航下纠正颅眶面部骨纤维结构不良的效果。方法分析2005年1月至2013年3月,20例颅眶面部骨纤维结构不良患者在导航指导下的手术治疗方法与疗效。结果 20例患者通过手术,改善了外观和功能,无1例出现新的神经系统症状和体征。结论计算机辅助导航指导下纠正颅眶面部骨纤维结构不良可以提高重建的准确性,减少手术风险,提高外观上的对称性。

Objective To discuss the correction of the cranial-orbital-facial fibrous dysplasia under the computer-assisted navigation. Methods From January 2005 to March 2013,20 cases of the cranial-orbital-facial fibrous dysplasia were diagnosed. We analyzed the correction of these patients.Results 20 cases were corrected the cosmetic deformity and were decompressed the neural structure successfully. Conclusion Navigation-guided correction of cranial-orbital-facial fibrous dysplasia shows great value in improving the accuracy,reducing operation risk and restoring facial symmetry.
