颅内外动脉肌纤维发育不良一例 被引量：1

摘要 患者女性,48岁,因突发右侧肢体无力、失语1d于2012年12月17日入院。患者于2012年12月16日上午11时于行走中突然出现右下肢麻木、无力,跌倒在地,随后出现言语不能,当时意识清楚,急诊于当地医院,行头颅CT示未见异常,给予硫酸氢氯吡格雷片75mg.d-1、疏血通注射液8ml.d-1治疗,患者症状未见缓解,于次日转来我院。既往体健,否认高血压病、
